Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resource Duties

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records
  • Handle attendance, leave tracking, and staff documentation
  • Support payroll preparation and HR correspondence
  • Coordinate staff training and welfare activities

Accounts / Clerical Duties

  • Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and petty cash claims
  • Record daily transactions and update accounting entries
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and reconciliations
  • Maintain filing systems and other administrative tasks

Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in HR or accounting functions
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., MYOB)
  • Strong attention to detail, good communication, and organizational skills
  • Able to handle confidential information
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work
