We are looking for a HR Assistant (on a 6 months contract) who will be able to provide strong administrative support to the HR team in the following functions:

  • Process work pass administration, including application, issuance, renewal and cancellation of work passes
  • Facilitate the onboarding process, including preparing employment contracts, asset request forms, arranging pre-employment medical check-ups
  • Administration of employee medical insurance and benefits plans
  • Ensure adherence to Keller's HSEQ guidelines and internal policies and compliance with HR policies
  • Support general HR operations and administration duties such as invoice processing, data management (i.e. employee records, training records etc) and updates, reporting and any work as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration or similar relevant field
  • At least 1 year of relevant HR experience, preferably in HR operations or recruitment.
  • Familiarity with MOM regulations and work pass processes
  • Familiar with Office 365 suite and proficient in MS Office
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
