Job Description

Job Scopes:

  • Assist in the day-to-day HR management functions.
  • Provide all kinds of clerical and administrative support to the HR Manager.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails and messages.
  • Provide support to the internal and external queries and issues related to the organisation.
  • Support the HR department in administrative tasks, such as employee data entry and data filing.
  • Handle confidential employees and company's information.
  • Update employee databases (hard and softcopies). Ensure all information are up to date.

Requirements (Qualification & Experience):

  • Diploma in Human Resource (or related fields)
  • Minimally 1 year of experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Good knowledge of Employment Acts and HR practices
  • Positive work attitude and willingness to resolve problems independently
  • Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Team player with good communication skill
  • Able to start work at short notice
