Job Scopes:
- Assist in the day-to-day HR management functions.
- Provide all kinds of clerical and administrative support to the HR Manager.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails and messages.
- Provide support to the internal and external queries and issues related to the organisation.
- Support the HR department in administrative tasks, such as employee data entry and data filing.
- Handle confidential employees and company's information.
- Update employee databases (hard and softcopies). Ensure all information are up to date.
Requirements (Qualification & Experience):
- Diploma in Human Resource (or related fields)
- Minimally 1 year of experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Good knowledge of Employment Acts and HR practices
- Positive work attitude and willingness to resolve problems independently
- Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Team player with good communication skill
- Able to start work at short notice
