. As a HR generalist assisting in all HR and admin matters.
. Manage and record employees annual/sick leave.
. MOM work pass related matters including work pass application, renewal and cancellation and update for foreign worker's particulars.
. Update and maintain employee's date in hr system in accordance with company policies and MOM guidelines.
. Assist in staff on-boarding and off-boarding process and report regularly to the management.
. Handle employees enquires on all HR-related matters.
. Assist commercial work.
Requirements:
. Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
. Being able to speak Mandarin and English would be an added advantage.
. Good time management and prioritization capabilities, with the ability to multi-task and work with minimum supervisor and manager.
. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
