Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Responsibilities
Support end‑to‑end recruitment including job postings, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Maintain and update HR records such as employee files, attendance, and leave management.
Responsible for HRIS software implementation.
Assist with monthly payroll preparation and ensure accuracy of timesheets, claims, and allowances.
Administer staff benefits, medical claims, and insurance matters.
Coordinate and support performance review cycles, employee engagement activities, and training arrangements.
To develop and update HR policies, procedures and documentation complying with labour laws and company standards.
Handle HR letters including employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR correspondences.
Assist in workplace safety, compliance, and regulatory submissions (e.g., MOM, CPF).
Administrative & Office Support Responsibilities
Oversee day‑to‑day office administration including office supplies, maintenance.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners.
Organise company events, training sessions, and meetings.
