We are looking for a motivated HR & Admin Intern to support our daily people operations and office administration. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on exposure to HR processes, compliance, and real workplace operations. We are specifically looking for interns who are keen on long-term growth, with the opportunity to convert to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
Human Resources Support
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
Support recruitment activities (job postings, interview coordination, resume screening)
Assist in tracking staff attendance, leave, and basic HR reporting
Help with staff communications and internal notices
Administrative Support
Handle general office administration and filing (physical & digital)
Assist with invoices, simple data entry, and document tracking
Coordinate with vendors, building management, or service providers when required
Support ad-hoc administrative and operations tasks
Diploma / Degree student or fresh graduate (HR, Business, Admin, or related fields)
Organised, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
Good written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Able to handle confidential information professionally
Real-world exposure to HR and administrative operations
Mentorship and guidance from experienced managers
