We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support our HR and administrative functions. If you have a passion for HR, are organized, and want to grow in a dynamic environment, apply now!

Key Responsibilities:

. Lead recruitment, from job postings to interviews, to attract top talent.

. Manage employee relations, address concerns, and resolve conflicts.

. Oversee performance reviews and identify training needs.

. Develop and implement training programs for employee growth.

. Process employee salaries, benefits, and payroll, ensuring accuracy.

. Manage dormitory arrangements for foreign workers in construction industry, ensuring compliance with regulations and good living conditions.

. Handle ad-hoc HR and admin duties as assigned.

Requirements:

. Diploma in Business Studies or related HR courses.

. At least 1 year of HR or payroll experience.

. Experience with HR systems is a plus but we're open to passionate newcomers.

. Construction industry experience is a plus.

. Strong attention to detail, good initiative, and problem-solving skills.

. Proactive team player with a positive attitude.

. Local Singaporeans/PRs are encouraged to apply.
