Job Description & Requirements
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess strong time management skills and be able to support our security operations and administrative functions effectively.
In addition, the following are some of the tasks that are to be performed:
- Prepare and issue monthly payslips for employees and generate staff IDs using the payroll system
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly payroll
- Assist the Company Accountant in managing company accounts, including handling invoices, payables, taxes, and other related financial matters. Follow up on outstanding payments from clients
- Monitor & Keep records of Active Staff List (ASL) & PRD Updates -such as security officers notifications, cessations, deployments of sites update as per Management instructions.
- Support the preparation of quotations and client contract management as required
- Assist in accessing for WPOL/EPOL/MOM- such as work pass application, work pass renewals as per Managements advise and approval.
- Assist in SACE Consultancy-E LMS , ADMIN support
- Submit government-related claims, IRAS filling, CPF Contributions, and participate in surveys
- Perform general office administrative duties, including filing, maintaining employee records, and monitoring staff leave and training
- Manage procurement and replenishment of office supplies when necessary
- Additional assignments as assigned by the Management
Requirements:
. Proven experience in HR and Administrative roles
. Strong understanding of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
. High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Salary Offer:
Up to $4,100 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
