Key HR Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with hiring by drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, reviewing CVs, and coordinating interviews and staff orientation.
Employee Records & Compliance: Manage and update employee records, handle leave and claims, and help ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
Learning & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate programs, and maintain records and budgets for employee training.
Performance Management: Support the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
Key Administrative Responsibilities
Office Operations: Manage daily office tasks, maintain office supplies, and oversee equipment and facilities.
Documentation & Filing: Maintain accurate filing systems, manage documents, and assist with data entry into internal databases.
Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Liaise with vendors for office needs and coordinate with external HR service providers.
Meeting & Event Coordination: Schedule meetings and assist with coordinating internal events.
General & Interpersonal Skills
Multi-tasking: Efficiently manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Communication: Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff at all levels.
Problem-Solving: Display initiative and a proactive attitude to resolve issues.
