Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including hiring and onboarding new employees.
  • Manage work pass applications and administration for foreign employees.
  • Propose and implement training and development programs for both executives and foreign workers.
  • Administer and track employee attendance, leave applications, and medical claims.
  • Manage workers dormitories according to operational requirements and coordinate with relevant authorities for periodic inspections.
  • Handle the out-processing of employees who have resigned.
  • Coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of the company's fleet of vehicles.
