Human Resource Responsibilities
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, resignation, and
offboarding.
- Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and maintain employee records.
- Process monthly payroll, overtime, leave records, and attendance.
- Administer employee benefits, insurance, work passes, and medical claims.
- Coordinate training arrangements and maintain training records.
- Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore MOM regulations.
- Liaise with government agencies and external vendors when required.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage office administration and general office maintenance.
- Purchase and maintain office supplies, pantry items, uniforms, and PPE.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and staff welfare activities.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, courier services, and filing systems.
- Arrange air tickets and hotel bookings for staff travelling overseas for business purposes.
Requirements
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of HR/Admin experience, preferably in manufacturing or precision engineering
industry.
- Familiar with MOM regulations and payroll processing. Knowledge of Info tech will be added adavantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
