Job Responsibilities
Core Duties
Administration & Office Management
- Oversee office supplies, petty cash, cheque deposits, and monthly vendor/utility payments.
- Maintain employee records, leave tracking, insurance coverage, and claims processing.
- Coordinate facility needs (rental, aircon/water filter servicing) and ensure a clean office environment.
- Provide administrative support to local and overseas staff.
Events & Staff Engagement
- Manage social calendar (birthdays, staff events, exhibitions).
- Support Sales with catering bookings and freebies tracking for events.
Communication & Coordination
- Screen calls, inquiries, and requests direct them appropriately.
- Maintain updated contracts, memberships, and subscriptions.
Operations Support (Regular)
- Send notice to customer.
- Manage registration portal for customer onboarding.
- Assist Vietnam team with quotations, invoicing, and ordering
Temporary / Project-Based Tasks
- Enter general PV & RV into MYOB (General & AP requests).
- Assist with AsiaPac's GovTech tender (quotation, invoicing, ordering SD products - about 6 POs/month).
- Support packing and delivery for AsiaPac GovTech tender.
