Job Description:
Human Resources Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and structured onboarding.
- Payroll & Benefits: Monthly payroll processing, statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS), claims, and leave management.
- Employee Records & Relations: Maintain secure employee databases, handle grievances, and respond to queries.
Accounting Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping: Full-cycle accounting, invoice processing, petty cash, and ledger maintenance.
- Financial Reporting: Coordinate with outsource accountants
- Cash Flow Monitoring: Monitor AR and track expenditures and ensure liquidity.
- Reconciliation: Bank and vendor reconciliation for accuracy.
- Tax & Compliance: Support GST filings and ensure IRAS compliance.
- Audit Support: Prepare documentation and liaise with auditors.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Accountancy or related discipline.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in both HR and accountancy
- Familiarity with payroll processing and statutory submissions
- With ABSS knowledge will be added value.
- Possess initiative and the ability to multitask and able to work under pressure
Remuneration Details:
- Salary ranges from $2,800 to $3,800
- 24 days Leave (Annual leave 14 days + Casual leave 10 Days)
