Human Resources Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and structured onboarding.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Monthly payroll processing, statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS), claims, and leave management.
  • Employee Records & Relations: Maintain secure employee databases, handle grievances, and respond to queries.

Accounting Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping: Full-cycle accounting, invoice processing, petty cash, and ledger maintenance.
  • Financial Reporting: Coordinate with outsource accountants
  • Cash Flow Monitoring: Monitor AR and track expenditures and ensure liquidity.
  • Reconciliation: Bank and vendor reconciliation for accuracy.
  • Tax & Compliance: Support GST filings and ensure IRAS compliance.
  • Audit Support: Prepare documentation and liaise with auditors.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Accountancy or related discipline.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in both HR and accountancy
  • Familiarity with payroll processing and statutory submissions
  • With ABSS knowledge will be added value.
  • Possess initiative and the ability to multitask and able to work under pressure

Remuneration Details:

  • Salary ranges from $2,800 to $3,800
  • 24 days Leave (Annual leave 14 days + Casual leave 10 Days)
