Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and retain top talent in Singapore, from job posting and sourcing to onboarding and orientation.
  • HR Operations: Oversee HR operations including payroll processing, compensation and benefits administration, and employee record management, ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
  • Compliance & Policy: Ensure strict adherence to the Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, and other local labor laws; maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook.
  • Performance & Relations: Manage the performance appraisal system, handle employee relations, and address grievances professionally to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
  • Office Administration & Setup: Oversee daily office administration, including office site selection, renovation projects, procurement of supplies and equipment, facility management, and coordination of internal events and meetings.

Requirements

  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (due to the nature of the role and local regulatory requirements).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a combined HR and Admin role, preferably within a multinational company in Singapore.
  • Strong familiarity with the Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, and local HR practices is required.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with local staff, authorities, and regional/global headquarters.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a high sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
  • Experience managing office setup or renovation projects is a plus.
