Job Description

Job Description:

  • Provide full spectrum of HR and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Manage end-to-end work pass matters including application, issuance, renewal, cancellation, and monitoring of expiry dates
  • Renewal of Work Injury Compensation (WICA) and Foreign Worker Medical Insurance (FWMI) annually
  • Handle recruitment process including job postings on MyCareersFuture portal, and interview scheduling
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and ensure proper documentation (both digital and physical filing)
  • Monitor employees attendance, leave records, and support timekeeping processes
  • Prepare and issue HR-related documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, disciplinary letters and exit documentation etc.
  • Support monthly payroll processing including data preparation and verification for monthly salary payout
  • Assist in statutory reporting and submissions (e.g., IRAS AIS)
  • Coordinate employee training and certification courses and maintain training records
  • Support performance appraisal exercises for both operational and office staff
  • Liaise with government agencies on HR-related matters (e.g., MOM, grant applications, surveys, LCR renewal, BCA renewal)
  • Handle employee enquiries and provide timely HR support
  • Perform general office administration duties and ad-hoc assignments


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administrative or related discipline
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as well
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant HR experience
  • Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
