HR AI Solutions Engineer | AI & Automation

Degree Holder Role
$22/hour

Exciting opportunity for candidates with a technology background who are interested in applying AI, automation and low-code development to solve real-world HR and business process challenges.

You will design and build AI-enabled applications, employee portals, automated workflows and dashboards to improve organisational productivity and user experience.

AI Solutions & Application Development

. Gather business requirements and identify opportunities for digitalisation, AI and process automation
. Design and develop internal applications, portals and workflow solutions using AI-enabled development tools
. Build solutions including claims systems, onboarding workflows, performance management systems, approval platforms and employee self-service portals
. Develop HR AI agents to automate and streamline administrative processes
. Build management dashboards and reporting solutions
. Integrate applications, systems and data using APIs and automated workflows
. Conduct testing, deployment and user training
. Prepare technical documentation and provide post-implementation support
. Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical business use cases
