Job Description

  • Assist in payroll processing (mid-month & end-month), including verification of timesheets, annual leave, medical leave, and related matters
  • Provide a wide range of administrative support, includes but not limited to filing, data entry, schedule of meetings, and manage correspondence
  • Assist with the organization and coordination of office logistics, including ordering supplies and managing stationery inventory
  • Handle inquiries from staff in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide support for special projects and events as needed
  • Maintain and update office systems and procedures to improve efficiency
  • Responsible for work pass matters for foreigners
  • Facilitate door access card, fingerprint registration, and issuance of company properties for new employees
  • Prepare HR related documents and letters (confirmation, promotion, resignation, etc.)
  • Other any adhoc matters assigned by Superior

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduate with no experience is welcomed
  • At least 1 year of experience in an HR administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
