Responsibilities
The HR Administrator will play a key role in supporting the HR team across various HR functions. The main areas of focus will include:
Recruitment
Manage recruitment processes, including fresh graduate recruitment, internship programs, and enhancing recruitment processes for greater efficiency
Employee Training
Assist in the design and implementation of training programs aimed at employee development, skills enhancement, and performance improvement.
ATS Management
Implement, manage, and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline recruitment workflows and improve candidate experience.
HR Project Support
Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing HR projects, ensuring they are completed on time and align with organizational goals.
Job Requirements
Education
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience
- At least 3-5 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software is preferred.
- Experience in leading PDPA activities and ensuring compliance with personal data protection regulations will be an added advantage.
