Job Description
We are looking for a HR Administrator (General & Regional Support) to provide day‑to‑day HR administrative support to the Singapore HR team, with exposure to regional HR activities across Singapore and Malaysia.
This is a support role focused on documentation, coordination, and accurate record‑keeping, ensuring smooth and consistent HR operations. The role is suitable for candidates who prefer structured administrative work and are keen to build experience in HR operations.
We welcome fresh graduates, candidates with HR qualifications but limited experience, and individuals making a mid‑career change. Candidates are not expected to fulfil all responsibilities listed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR administrative support, including filing, documentation, and record‑keeping
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR trackers, and documentation
- Prepare and support standard HR letters and forms
- Support onboarding documentation and track completion of onboarding requirements
- Support training records maintenance and compliance documentation
- Assist with HR data collation and basic reporting preparation
- Coordinate documentation and administrative support with the Malaysia HR team
- Maintain clear trackers and documentation to support team continuity and backup
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Comfortable with routine administrative and coordination work
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and reliable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Advantageous (but not required):
- Prior HR or office administration experience
- Exposure to HR systems or compliance documentation
