Serve as the first point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related inquiries with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
Responsible for the full spectrum of HR duties including recruitment, leave matters, work pass matters, HR policies, payroll, office/ crew/ vessel insurance and etc.
Maintain, organize, and update employee personnel files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with local labor regulations and company policy.
Handle payroll processing and employee tax matters for office and crew
Handle work pass applications and issuance matters relating to foreign employees
Ensure prompt and accurate processing of government claims, e.g. NS reservist claims
Handle all correspondences relating to HR matters
Handle general office administration duties
Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Self-motivated and outgoing team player with lots of initiative
Strong interpersonal, meticulous and good problem-solving skills
