As a HR & Administration Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Oversee full-spectrum HR operations including payroll processing, sales commission calculations, CPF/SDL/FWL statutory submissions, and all government-mandated compliance filings
- Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, employment documentation, and staff benefits administration
- Coordinate annual performance appraisals, salary reviews, and bonus exercises, while supporting management on employee relations and disciplinary matters
- Administer foreign worker work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related regulatory submissions including IR21 and OFWAS
- Handle all statutory and tax compliance including monthly government-reimbursed leave claims, NS make-up pay, and annual IR8A submission via AIS to IRAS
- Develop and maintain company HR policies covering leave, claims, and employee benefits
- Support the finance team with payment vouchers, accounts receivable monitoring, daily bank reconciliation, and liaison with the external accounting vendor
- Prepare banking documentation and handle cash/cheque collections from the sales team
- Manage corporate compliance and facility administration including renewal of licences, insurance policies, tenancy agreements, ISO/bizSAFE/BCA certifications, and warehouse regulatory requirements
- Oversee procurement for office supplies, pantry needs, and corporate events including staff retreats, annual dinners, and business travel arrangements
