As a Senior / Executive, HR, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Utilised multiple recruitment channels to attract and hire qualified candidates, supporting staffing requirements across existing and newly established polyclinics.
- Collaborated with HR Shared Services to manage full-cycle onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Provided comprehensive HR administrative support across various functions.
- Coordinated with uniform vendors to arrange staff access and ensure accurate allocation records for new hires.
- Managed monthly allowance processing for students under pre-service sponsorship programmes.
- Facilitated pre-employment medical screenings for interns and administered their monthly allowances.
- Prepared and submitted funding claims to the Ministry of Health (Singapore) in a timely manner.
- Maintained and updated employee training records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Ensured vaccination records were regularly updated in the Ministry of Health (Singapore) system to support audit requirements.
- Organised and coordinated logistics for monthly HOD meetings and employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, preferably with a specialization in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant HR experience exposure to large organisations and the healthcare sector is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Able to work independently and manage responsibilities within the assigned scope.
- Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
