HR ADMIN
Starting Salary: $2,300

Job Description
We are seeking a responsible and proactive HR Admin to support both Human Resource and Administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Functions
- On-boarding and off-boarding of employees
- Process monthly payroll and maintan payroll records
- Handle CPF submissions via CPF EZPay
- Managing work pass applications, renewals, and related documentation under WPOL
- Administer employee leave, attendance and absence records
- Support employee training and development matters
- Maintain proper HR documentation
- Plan and coordinate monthly off days/leave schedules to ensure smooth business operations
Administrative Functions
- Manage office pantry supplies and general office upkeep
- Oversee tenancy agreements, leases and contract documentation
- Provide administrative support to Finance department
- Assist Operations/Logistics team with coordination
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Daily Telegram channel management
- Replying to queries on WhatsApp
Job Requirements
- Relevant experience in HR and payroll administration
- Familiar with CPF submissions (WPOL, CPF, EZPAY) and SPASS matters
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong initiative and sense of responsibility
- Willing to learn and grow within the role
