Position: HR & Admin Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage end -to-end HR functions, including recruitment, background screening, EP/SP application, renewal, cancellation procedures, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
- Processing Payroll.
- Ensure compliance with IR21, IR8A, maternity leave, healthcare claims, CPF, and other government survey submissions timely and accurately to avoid any penalty.
- Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records for reliable reporting.
- Ensure HR policies comply with the Employment Act and relevant government regulations.
- Provide constructive recommendations on staff appraisals to management and assist in updating the company handbook as needed.
- Provide accurate communication of company policies to staff. Able to write announcements and letters with a high level standards.
- Coordinate with IT vendors to ensure effective deployment and management of IT resources.
- Oversee office administration to ensure a conducive workplace, including procurement, courier, and liaison with vendors.
- Organize company activities such as D&D, and other staff engagement initiatives.
- Manage content on social media platforms to enhance company prsence.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Position Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields. Having an HR qualification is advantageous.
- Honesty, accountability, executing work with a high level of ethics, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Familiarity with Singapore Labor Laws, HR trends, and developments, particularly related to Employment Pass procedures.
- Meticulous attention to details, ability to multitask, and excellent time management skills.
- Well-organized digital documentation, a high level of awareness of cybersecurity.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
