Job Description

  • Manage employee relations issues including responding to employee inquiries and providing guidance for conflict resolutions.
  • Responsible for conducting performance appraisal exercises for all employees.
  • Provide HR advisory to the company to ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of employees leave balances and entitlements.
  • Manage processes related to expense claims and ensure timely records.
  • Responsible for review and implementation of company policies and processes including employees handbooks.
  • Monitor daily staff attendance to ensure accuracy and address any attendance-related issues.
  • Collate attendance and payroll data for submission and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Drafting the HR-related memo to communicate any changes in policies, procedures, and other HR-related matters.
  • Issue warning letters, confirmation letters, and termination letters.
  • Responsible for recruitment activities including job posting, candidate screening, arranging interviews, and job offers.
