Job Summary

Manage all food and beverage (F&B) and daily restaurant operations within budgetary guidelines, ensuring high standards of service and compliance. Lead and develop the F&B team to achieve operational targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily F&B and restaurant operations to meet budget targets and maintain quality standards
  • Analyze customer needs and proactively resolve concerns to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead recruitment, training, and performance appraisal of F&B team members to build a skilled and motivated workforce
  • Set and monitor targets, KPIs, schedules, policies, and procedures to drive operational efficiency and team accountability
  • Foster open two-way communication and cultivate a culture of ownership, motivation, and teamwork among staff
  • Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for customers and employees
  • Prepare and present management reports on sales performance and productivity to inform strategic decisions
