Job Summary
Manage all food and beverage (F&B) and daily restaurant operations within budgetary guidelines, ensuring high standards of service and compliance. Lead and develop the F&B team to achieve operational targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily F&B and restaurant operations to meet budget targets and maintain quality standards
- Analyze customer needs and proactively resolve concerns to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance appraisal of F&B team members to build a skilled and motivated workforce
- Set and monitor targets, KPIs, schedules, policies, and procedures to drive operational efficiency and team accountability
- Foster open two-way communication and cultivate a culture of ownership, motivation, and teamwork among staff
- Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for customers and employees
- Prepare and present management reports on sales performance and productivity to inform strategic decisions
