Job Description

Job Scope

  • Perform the full spectrum of recruitment and selection
  • Administer leave application and payroll functions
  • Processing of various work passes
  • Maintain an update Company's Employee Handbook, polices, ISO procedures and workplace safety
  • Prepare and conduct new employee orientation
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when required by Management

Requirement

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • 3 - 5 year of Human Resource Experience
  • Responsible, organized and professional in handling confidential information
  • Good interpersonal, communication and counselling skills
  • Good working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices
