  • With similar working experience in Construction sector will be advantage
  • Familiar with MOM portal and HR various e-services
  • 2-3 years relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for general HR, administrative and office management duties
  • Trigger insurance renewal (WICA, Medical Insurance, and project Insurance)
  • Managing full cycle of recruitment and selection, including arranging interviews and on boarding procedures.
  • Managing full cycle of ISO and BCA matters.
  • Arranging training for workers.
  • Responsible for all pass applications and renewals process
  • Control and record of incoming and outgoing documents
  • Assist with corporate administration / HR / Office
  • Responsible, meticulous, multi-tasker, self-initiative, resourceful, good team player
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
