Recruitment, Promotions & Transfers
- To coordinate end-to-end recruitment process including interview arrangement, maintaining interview records
- Managing and preparing offers and/or managing negotiation discussions
- Monitor and track new & renewal process for all Singapore employment work / visa applications
- To handle staff movements including new hire on-boarding arrangement, internal transfers and exit clearance
- To handle labor issues including recruitment, timesheet preparation, promotion/salary review and termination process
Performance Management and Training & development
- Assist and follow up on monthly timesheets for the operations team and supporting documents for the allowance claims on a monthly basis.
- Guide respective teams on the annual PDR process
- Assist to maintain performance appraisal staff training and qualification record
- Maintain and track training matrix and training records for all employees on a regular basis
- Coordinate all mandatory training programs (Internal and external)
Office Administration
- Responsible for staff timesheet, leave application record maintenance
- Assist to prepare headcount summary report and monitor manpower requisition list
- Manage new hires and leavers on company medical insurance
- Prepare and maintain all personnel files and onboarding / offboarding documentation
- Coordinate admin and IT matter for new hires and leavers
- Managing dormitory and coordinating travel where necessary
- Maintain drivers schedule
- Responsible for maintaining office equipment and facilities
- Assist to participate in ad-hoc assignment when required
