Job Summary
We are an established F&B company seeking a proactive and experienced HR & Admin Manager / Senior Executive to handle the full spectrum of Human Resource and administrative functions. The role works closely with management, department heads, and employees to ensure effective workforce management and smooth office operations.
Human Resources
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding
Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures
Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and statutory submissions
Prepare monthly payroll reports, HR reports, and related documentation
Ensure compliance with Singapore labour laws and employment regulations
Manage employee lifecycle matters including hiring, training, performance management, and off boarding
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and staff relations professionally
Develop and implement training and development initiatives
Prepare HR-related letters and maintain proper employee records
Manage attendance, leave records, and HR filing systems
Administration & Office Management
Oversee office operations, facilities, equipment, and ISO-related documentation
Support administrative processes and ensure operational efficiency
Manage HR departmental budget and ensure cost-effective solutions
Minimum 3 years of relevant Human Resource experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Able to work independently and effectively with personnel at all levels
Well-organised, meticulous, and responsible
Computer-literate
