- Ensures compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner/Advisor, with exposure to office and operational management.
- Knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems.
- People-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
- In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
