Job Description

  • Possesses comprehensive, full-spectrum HR experience.
  • Comfortable engaging and partnering with a young, dynamic workforce.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to change.
  • Demonstrates strong ownership, with the ability to make sound decisions independently.
  • Proven track record of supporting predominantly white-collar employee populations.
  • Prior experience in recruiting for Technology and/or AI roles is preferred.
  • Oversees daily office operations, including facilities management and coordination with vendors.
  • Manages office budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and prudent spending.
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.

    Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner/Advisor, with exposure to office and operational management.
  • Knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems.
  • People-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
