We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to oversee human resources and administrative operations for our Singapore office. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with Singapore employment regulations and implementing the company's HR policies and internal procedures locally.
The ideal candidate should be familiar with Singapore's Ministry of Manpower (MOM) policies, work pass applications, and local HR practices.
(KeyResponsibilities)
1.
Oversee and manage the HR and administrative operations of the Singapore office, ensuring company HR policies and internal procedures are properly implemented in compliance with local regulations.
2.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, employee records maintenance, leave management, and other core HR administrative processes.
3. MOM
Maintain and manage the company's MOM online system, ensuring accurate records of local employees and quota allocation, and effectively plan and utilize available work pass quotas.
4. Employment PassS Pass
Coordinate and manage Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, and other work pass applications and renewals, ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient processes.
5. Assist employees and their family members with required documentation and pass-related matters in Singapore when necessary.
6.
Coordinate business travel visa applications for employees traveling to different countries and prepare the required documentation while maintaining communication with relevant authorities and agencies.
7. Support management in recruiting and managing service personnel, such as drivers and domestic helpers, basedon company or leadership needs.
8.
Assist in managing daily administrative operations of the Singapore office to improve overall operational efficiency.
(Requirements)
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. 3HRHR & Admin
At least 3 years of HR or HR & Administration experience in Singapore.
3. MOMEPSP
Familiar with MOM regulations and work pass application processes, including Employment Pass (EP) and S Pass.
4.
Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and local HR practices.
5.
Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently in a multicultural environment
6.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly organized, with strong execution ability and a high level of confidentiality.
