HR & Admin Manager (Startup Environment)
Roles & Responsibilities:
. Take full ownership of end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
. Independently manage all HR documentation, including employment contracts, policy drafting, and internal records
. Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations
. Build and optimize HR processes, policies, and systems from the ground up
. Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential employee records
. Support payroll coordination and liaise with external vendors (e.g. payroll providers, recruitment agencies)
. Work closely with management to support hiring, team development, and organizational needs
. Provide administrative and executive support when required, especially in the early stage of the company
. Assist with coordination tasks, scheduling, and ad-hoc business support as needed
Requirements:
. Minimum Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines
. At least 3 years of relevant HR experience, with strong hands-on operational exposure
. Proven ability to work independently with high efficiency and strong execution
. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling documentation with precision
. Good understanding of Singapore labor laws and HR practices
. Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and confidentiality
. Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable and willing to take on multiple responsibilities in a startup environment
. Able to work in a flexible schedule, responsive and available when required
Preferred Qualifications
. Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license (preferred)
. Open to occasional travel when required
. Experience in startups, investment firms, or tech-related companies is highly advantageous
. Comfortable taking on hybrid responsibilities (HR + administrative support) in a growing team
. Familiar with HR systems and digital tools
