We are currently recruiting HR & Admin Intern to join our team in Singapore, drive the development with international ambition and participate in the development of the company in Singapore, Vietnam, Switzerland and Portugal.

The Opportunity
The prime responsibility of this role is to support our growth ambitions relating to human resources, employee experience, facility/office infrastructure management and to support the People Operations Executive for the same on an international expansion level.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities as HR & Admin Intern will include:
HR & People Management
Assist the People Operations Executive with coordination of meetings and events
Support with ISO related procedures and processes
Drive the employee birthdays and work anniversaries celebrations which involves capturing and saving pictures, drafting timely emails
Be part of supporting and executing hiring and recruitment activities
Support the with end-to-end onboarding process for new employees and interns in line with internally formulated process
Support with end-to-end offboarding process for employees and interns in line with internally formulated process
Hands on usage of dm HR/admin internal platforms to carry out relevant HR & Admin tasks such as Bamboo HR, Xero, Digital Gateway, to name a few
Perform monthly expense claims reporting process to meet monthly deadline
Facility & Office Management
Support with scheduling and overseeing office related servicing appointments, office deliveries
Ordering of monthly office cleaning supplies and F&B and MTM F&B
Any other HR &Admin related ad-hoc tasks/requests as assigned
Requirements: What makes you stand out
Essential:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in any related scope of fields such as HR/business administration
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build a strong rapport with employees and vendors
Strong work ethic with the ability to operate autonomously with the ability to make sound judgment calls
Able to work well with team members across cultures
Exceptional planning and organizational skills balanced with the flexibility to meet the demands of a start-up environment
