Job Responsibilities
The HR Executive will support all outlets under the group in the full spectrum of human resource and administrative functions. Key responsibilities include:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
Post job advertisements on CareerFuture and other platforms, prepare employment contracts, and manage work pass applications, renewals, and appeals (Work Permit, S Pass, and Employment Pass). - Training & Compliance
Arrange hygiene courses, coordinate government-related claims (e.g., childcare payments, levy waivers for foreign workers), prepare and submit surveys to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), and ensure all documents are in order for MOM inspections. - Payroll & Benefits
Process payments for part-time staff, prepare credit tip payments in Xero and bank (SB & Baia), and bank-only for Sospiri. Compute final salaries for departing staff and ensure recovery of company property. - Employee Relations & HR Administration
Address staff grievances, issue warning letters when necessary, and track probation, appraisals, and confirmations. Prepare letters for promotions, salary adjustments, and transfers. Conduct leave clearance for resigning staff and check attendance and leave records for service and kitchen teams to ensure accuracy in the BIPO system.
