Recruitment & Staffing Manage full-cycle recruitment: posting job ads, screening candidates, interviewing, and onboarding. Work with outlet managers to ensure manpower needs are met, especially during peak seasons (e.g., festive periods, F1). Prepare and issue employment contracts, promotion letters, transfer memos, and termination notices.
Payroll & HR Administration Handle monthly payroll, CPF, SDL, and other statutory contributions. Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems. Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, work pass applications, renewals, and quota requirements.
Employee Relations & Welfare Act as a bridge between staff and management, addressing grievances, disputes, and disciplinary issues. Implement staff welfare initiatives such as meal allowances, medical benefits, staff incentives, and recognition awards. Promote positive workplace culture to retain talent and reduce turnover.
Training & Development Coordinate staff training (e.g., WSQ Food Safety Courses, Service Excellence, Leadership Development). Monitor and track training subsidies, indemnity agreements, and certification renewals. Create career progression plans for staff, ensuring growth and skill development.
Performance Management Implement appraisal systems, KPIs, and regular performance reviews. Recommend promotions, salary increments, or disciplinary actions. Support outlet managers in monitoring performance and attendance.
Compliance & HR Policies Ensure adherence to Employment Act, Food & Beverage industry regulations, and company policies. Draft and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs. Conduct audits to ensure proper documentation for MOM, IRAS, and audit purposes.
