Job Summary
You will be the key person in charge of both HR and office administration for our Singapore office. This role covers end-to-end HR support, office management, facilities coordination, and ad-hoc duties to ensure smooth daily operation.
KeyResponsibilities
- Manage attendance, leave, claims and payroll
- Manage onboarding, employment documentation, employee records, and workpass applications (EP/LOC)
- Support employee engagement and company policy compliance
- Handle recruitment: job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer preparation
- Manage office operations, supplies, facilities, vendors, and general administration
- Arrange meetings, travel, transportation, and company events
- Provide general administrative support to the team and management
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, HR, Admin, or related field
- Familiar with Singapore employment laws, work pass processes, and office workflows
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
