Assist in recruitment coordination (job postings, interview scheduling, onboarding)
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
Support payroll, leave tracking, and attendance records
Ensure compliance with Singapore MOM regulations
Handle foreign worker administration, including:
Work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations
Monitoring quota and levy requirements
Liaising with MOM and relevant agencies
Maintaining proper documentation for all foreign employees
Support daily office administrative operations
Coordinate with outlets on HR and operational matters
Manage documentation, filing systems, and SOP updates
Assist with internal reporting and communications
Assist with invoice processing and expense tracking
Perform data entry for accounts (AP/AR support)
Prepare documents for monthly closing and reporting
Liaise with external accountant when required
Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience
Familiar with Singapore foreign worker regulations (Work Permit, quota, levy, etc.)
Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and Google Drive
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Experience in retail, beauty, or multi-outlet environment
Experience handling work permits and MOM submissions
Familiar with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) and HR software (e.g. InfoTech)
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers and team members.
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday: Half-day (e.g. 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
