Job Description

Job Summary

We are a growing SME in Singapore seeking a hands-on and resourceful Human Resource Executive to manage end-to-end HR functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and contributing beyond core HR duties, including building a positive company culture and employee engagement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (EP, S Pass, Work Permit) in compliance with MOM regulations
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee queries and HR matters
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR systems, and documentation
  • Support monthly payroll processing, including CPF contributions and leave tracking
  • Administer employee benefits, insurance, and leave entitlements
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act and company policies
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and SOPs
  • Coordinate training programs and support employee development initiatives
  • Support performance appraisal processes and HR reporting
  • Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentation
  • Plan and organize company events, team bonding activities, and festive celebrations
  • Drive employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
  • Support internal communications and foster a positive work environment
  • Liaise with external vendors (e.g., payroll, insurance, training providers)

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an SME environment
  • Familiarity with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations
  • Experience with payroll processing
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and hands-on environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
  • Experience in payroll or HRIS systems
  • Experience handling work passes (EP, S Pass, Work Permit
