1. Human Resource Management
- Work Pass Administration: Full cycle of application, renewal, and cancellation for Work Permits, S Pass, and Employment Pass. This includes maintaining the quota and managing dormitory/housing for foreign staff.
- Recruitment: Drafting job descriptions, posting ads on portals (JobStreet/MyCareersFuture), screening CVs, andcoordinating interview schedules.
- Employee Lifecycle: Handling onboarding (contracts, orientation) and offboarding (exit interviews, tax clearance forforeign workers).
- Payroll & Leave: Processing monthly payroll (Infotech) and managing leave/medical records.
- Training & Development: Administering government-funded training programs (e.g., WSQ, SkillsFuture) and maintaining the company's training budget.
2. Office Administration
- Personal Assistant to the management.
- Insurance: Coordinating annual staff insurance renewals (WICA, medical/hospitalization).
- Facility Support: Managing office supplies, vendor contracts (cleaning, security), and maintaining fixed assetregisters.
- Communication: Acting as the bridge between management and factory workers for policy updates or internal announcements.
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of Singapore's Employment Act and MOM regulations.
