Job Description
HR
- Manage full spectrum of HR functions
- Assist in recruitment process by pre-screening and onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, orientation and development and compensation and benefit.
- Handle work pass applications, renewal and cancellation.
- Manage employee's monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR21, IR8A annual Income Tax Assessment
- Handling work injury claims and all government paid leave claims
- Maintain accurate employee data in EPE HR system and manage leave portal
Admin
- Handling all correspondents with tenants, government authorities and MCST related to real estate properties
- Responsible for maintenance of office building, insurance claim and other admin duties.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations
- Proficient experience in MOM, CPF & IRAS
- Good organizational skill and meticulous.
- Familiar with EPE software
- Well verse in MS Office
- Well verse in written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadline
