Job Summary Execute dual-function HR and Corporate Secretarial operations to ensure regulatory compliance for local and BVI entities. The position will traverse between legal filings, Work Pass administration, and office financial operations to support the Operations Director.
Key Responsibilities
HR & Manpower: Manage end-to-end HR for 20+ staff (excluding payroll), including MOM Work Pass lifecycles.
Corporate Secretariat: Coordinate with external secretariats for Singapore and BVI legal filings maintain the repository for manufacturing, subsidiary, supplier and customer agreements.
Financial Admin: Execute bank entries for payments (local/BVI), track utility billing, and manage staff reimbursements and payment filing.
Office Operations: Oversee office procurement, lease and maintenance, and manage office vendors (cleaners/supplies).
Requirements
Experience: 2-4 years in a hybrid HR, Admin, and Corp Sec role.
Knowledge: Proficient in ACRA, MOM, and BVI filing frameworks.
Skills: Basic bookkeeping and proficiency in corporate online banking portals.
Education: Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, HR, or equivalent.
Attributes: Absolute integrity in financial handling and meticulous attention to legal documentation.
