Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support our human resource functions and daily administrative operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth people operations, staff coordination, and manpower planning across the centre.
Job Responsibilities
1. Human Resource & Administration
Prepare, review, and manage HR documentation including employment letters, internal memos, and policy-related documents
Coordinate with staff on HR documentation acknowledgements and ensure timely completion
Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases in compliance with internal requirements
Provide day-to-day HR administrative support and act as a point of contact for basic HR enquiries
Support staff engagement initiatives, welfare matters, and coordination of internal training activities
2. Recruitment & People Operations
Support end-to-end recruitment administration, including interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and preparation of recruitment documents
Assist with onboarding and orientation processes to ensure new hires transition smoothly into the organisation
Coordinate offboarding activities, including documentation and exit processes
3. Scheduling & Manpower Planning
Support teacher scheduling, relief coverage, and programme coordination to ensure operational continuity
Assist with manpower planning and staffing arrangements to support daily centre operations and class requirements
Liaise with internal stakeholders to address scheduling changes and operational needs
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
HR-related internship or working experience is an added advantage
Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail and follow-through
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, operational environment
Willing to take off days on Saturday and one weekday (except Monday)
