Responsibilities:
- Manage full payroll processing (200 Headcount), including timesheet, salary, staff claims, and allowances etc.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, compensation & benefits, employee movements, and statutory reporting.
- Handle blue- collar worker-related matters such as employment/mobilization, accommodation, and compliance with policies and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, company events, and provide general HR/admin support as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in HR or related field.
- Min 3 years of experience in HR and full spectrum of payroll management.
- Immediate availability, able to start within a week.
