Position Overview
Look Capital is seeking a Junior HR & Admin Executive to support our HRBP in daily HR operations and Singapore office administration. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is keen to gain hands-on exposure in both HR and administrative functions within a growing financial services firm.
Key Responsibilities
HR & Internal Support
- Assist the HRBP in recruitment-related activities, including candidate sourcing, recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
- Assist with employee communications, onboarding/offboarding logistics, and basic HR operational support.
- Support the organization of internal activities such as team buildings, staff events, and company celebrations.
- Maintain HR-related records, trackers, and documentation as required.
Office Administration
- Handle Singapore office administrative matters, including document dispatch, courier arrangements, and coordination with vendors.
- Support procurement of office supplies and daily operational items.
- Assist with festive gift sourcing, ordering, and distribution for employees and business partners.
- Communicate with external counterparties when required for administrative or coordination matters.
- Support ad hoc tasks assigned by the HRBP, particularly during peak periods or special projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, International Trade, or related fields.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate with internal stakeholders and external counterparties in both languages.
- Prior experience in a startup, financial institution, or related professional services environment is preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and good organizational skills.
- Proactive, willing to learn, and comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with a collaborative mindset.
