Position Overview

Look Capital is seeking a Junior HR & Admin Executive to support our HRBP in daily HR operations and Singapore office administration. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is keen to gain hands-on exposure in both HR and administrative functions within a growing financial services firm.

Key Responsibilities

HR & Internal Support

  • Assist the HRBP in recruitment-related activities, including candidate sourcing, recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
  • Assist with employee communications, onboarding/offboarding logistics, and basic HR operational support.
  • Support the organization of internal activities such as team buildings, staff events, and company celebrations.
  • Maintain HR-related records, trackers, and documentation as required.

Office Administration

  • Handle Singapore office administrative matters, including document dispatch, courier arrangements, and coordination with vendors.
  • Support procurement of office supplies and daily operational items.
  • Assist with festive gift sourcing, ordering, and distribution for employees and business partners.
  • Communicate with external counterparties when required for administrative or coordination matters.
  • Support ad hoc tasks assigned by the HRBP, particularly during peak periods or special projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, International Trade, or related fields.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate with internal stakeholders and external counterparties in both languages.
  • Prior experience in a startup, financial institution, or related professional services environment is preferred.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and good organizational skills.
  • Proactive, willing to learn, and comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication and coordination skills, with a collaborative mindset.
