Job Info:
- Salary: Basic up to $3500 + AWS + VB + Sign On Bonus
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)
- Location: Tuas (Company transport pick up at designated point)
Job Scope:
- Maintain and manage employees personal and leave records, ensuring completeness, organization, and strict confidentiality
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
- Update and verify TMS reports and overtime requisitions for payroll processing
- Monitor employee confirmations and ensure timely performance appraisals by supervisors
- Prepare HR letters, including employment contracts, confirmations, annual increments, promotions, etc
- Manage recruitment processes, liaising with external vendors and employment agencies
- Compile and submit monthly and ad hoc HR reports to the HR Manager
- Coordinate training programs, liaising with industry trainers and institutions
- Assist in organizing company events and staff welfare activities
- Collaborate closely with the HR Manager and relevant departments on HR and administrative matters
Requirements:
- Diploma in HR Management or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of HR experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Sound knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices proficient in MS Office
- Capable of performing under pressure and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
