HR Functions - 40%
- Administer and manage the Whyze HR system, including monthly calculation of commissions, incentive adjustments, and payroll preparation.
- Handle all matters related to foreign employees, such as work pass applications/renewals, arranging medical checkups, and updating records with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle - from onboarding and orientation to offboarding and exit formalities.
- Prepare HR-related documentation, including Letters of Appointment, Confirmation Letters, Performance Reviews, and Leave Records.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee data and filing systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Liaise with relevant government authorities (e.g. MOM, IRAS) on HR-related matters.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Administrative Support - 40%
- Verify the accuracy of commissions, incentives, and sales invoices via the POS system.
- Extract, generate, and analyze data and reports to support operational and management decision-making.
- Coordinate and support the planning of company events and employee engagement activities.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Inventory Support - 20%
- Provide administrative support for procurement and inventory processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, anticipate supply needs, and handle ordering and follow-up with suppliers.
- Assist with stock receiving, including packing and unpacking of goods.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in human resource and administration
- Strategic thinking, proactive, self-motivated, creative and be a team player
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Good attention to details, organizing skills and good follow-through skill
- Experience in Whyze HR system and Studio Manager system will be an advantage
