We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations while supporting administrative functions. The ideal candidate is hands-on, resourceful, and capable of handling both strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations and general administrative functions.
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Handle CPF submissions, income tax filings (IR8A, IR21), and Government-Paid Leave claims.
- Administer work pass matters, including quota management and applications.
- Support employee compensation and benefits, including staff welfare, payroll, Foreign Worker Levy (FWL), and CPF matters.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development programmes.
- Review and manage the company's insurance policies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on audit documentation and compliance requirements.
- Manage office supplies, pantry replenishment, and general office administration.
- Perform any other ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience (experience in the construction or marine industry will be an advantage).
- Proven experience in payroll processing for at least 100 employees.
- Experience with eHR payroll system will be an added advantage
- Familiarity with Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated, organized, and resourceful, with the ability to work independently.
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
